Conference Presentation Release
By signing this form, I grant CGR/WCSU
permission to use my entry and/or any of the AniFest 08 programs at the
discretion of the program chairs. I maintain the copyright to my work and will
receive full credit wherever this work is used.
Distribution Rights
I grant non-exclusive worldwide distribution
rights to CGR/WCSU to publish and distribute my images, films, Web pages,
programs and videos in official CGR/WCSU publications. I maintain the copyright
to my work and will receive full credit wherever my image is used.

Conference Promotional Material
I grant CGR/WCSU the right to use my images,
films, Web pages, programs and videos for festival and organization publicity,

In exchange, CGR/WCSU provides full author/artist credit information.
